Keeping our team and customers safe

At Campion Education we are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our customers, suppliers and staff, to ensure their safety and well-being during this pandemic. This means some important changes to the way we normally do things.

Retail Service Centres

Our national retail service centres are currently open to the public in SA, NSW, WA, QLD and Regional VIC (Geelong, Ballarat, Warrnambool and Shepparton). Due to COVID-19 Stage 4 Restrictions, our Victorian metropolitan retail stores are closed until further advice from the Victorian government. Orders can be placed online for home delivery.

Our retail stores that remain open are operating with the following changes in place:

 

If you are feeling unwell and have any flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, we kindly ask that you do not enter into our store.

Our teams are always happy to assist you. Please be aware that our stores become very busy during January and with the current COVID-19 restrictions in place, there may be longer waiting times. Place your order online instead and let us do the work while you relax and enjoy your summer!

Phone Customer Support

Our phone customer support teams in NSW, QLD, SA, WA, Regional VIC (Ballarat and Warrnambool only), are available to assist customers as usual.

Due to Melbourne metropolitan COVID-19 Stage 4 Restrictions, our Victorian metropolitan call centre is currently closed (including Geelong and Shepparton) until we receive further notice from the Victorian Government.

Whilst our helpdesk number will be offline during this time, you can still contact our support team by email to sales@campion.com.au. There may be some delays in responding to your enquiries but our support team will be doing everything we can to help service you as quickly and effectively as possible.

Online Orders

You can purchase digital resources, textbooks and stationery as usual on our online ordering website and have your products delivered to a post office, your work, or your home.

Deliveries

We are working hard to ensure you receive your delivery as quickly as possible. Due to Victorian workplace COVID-19 restrictions our Victorian warehouse is operating at reduced capacity with limited staff numbers and is resulting in some longer than expected delivery times. We are working extended shifts to ensure that you receive your order when required or as close to that time as we can. We thank you for your patience.

Schools

Campion Education is committed to assisting schools to provide educational services during this time. We understand that there may be changes to the way you usually deliver educational resources to your students, and we are here to help in any way you need, whether that be digital eBooks, print textbooks, interactive publisher support, MyConnect digital or another solution.

Campion Education has access to a broad range of products, services and capabilities to deliver learning materials to schools, and we want to make sure we can support you in the best way we can. Please get in touch for advice or assistance.

Victorian Customers

We understand that the Stage 4 restrictions introduced by the Victorian Government are challenging for businesses, families and schools in Victoria, but we also recognise the importance of adhering to the restrictions to help reduce the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases.
