Retail Service Centres
For NSW customers, masks are mandatory in our Retail Service Centres. Our Artarmon office is currently closed due to the recent Greater Sydney lockdown.
For VIC customers, our Melbourne Metro, Ballarat & Geelong retail service centres are currently closed due to the Victorian lockdown. Our Warrnambool & Shepparton retail service centres are open to regional customers only and we are following all COVID-19 protocols. You must wear a mask and it is mandatory to sign in via the Service Victoria App when visiting our Retail Service Centres.
Our other national retail service centres are currently open to the public.
