Keeping our team and customers safe

At Campion Education we are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our customers, suppliers and staff, to ensure their safety and well-being during this pandemic. This means some important changes to the way we normally do things.

 

Due to the impact of COVID-19 in January 2022, customers may experience delays and long waiting periods in store as well as through our contact centres on the phone or email, due to staff shortages as a result of isolation requirements per Government requirements. Density limits in store will limit the number of customers allowed in our stores at any one point in time.  For more information please view the impact to business operations and service delivery.

Retail Service Centres

All of our national retail service centres are currently open to the public.

Our retail stores are now operating with the following changes in place:

 

We do recommend that all customers follow these Covid Safe practices when entering our stores;

— Wearing a fitted mask
— Using the hand sanitiser stations provided
— Maintaining 1.5m physical distancing
— Check-in using the state-based QR codes

If you are feeling unwell and have any flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, we kindly ask that you do not enter into our store.

Our teams are always happy to assist you. With the current COVID-19 restrictions in place, there may be longer waiting times. We thank customers in advance for their patience.

Please check your local retail service centre’s opening hours before coming into store.

Orders can be placed online for home delivery and we encourage you to order online to avoid possible waiting times in-store.

Phone Customer Support

Our phone customer support teams are available to assist customers as usual.

Due to current Covid restrictions to our customer support centre teams, there may be some slight additional delays with our team members being able to answer your telephone queries.

We do expect a large number of calls during January and appreciate your patience during this time.

Online Orders

You can purchase digital resources, textbooks and stationery as usual on our online ordering website and have your products delivered to a post office, your work, or your home.

Deliveries

We are working hard to ensure you receive your delivery as quickly as possible. To reduce the risk of COVID-19, our warehouse team will be working extended hours to ensure physical distancing and allow for additional hygiene and cleaning to occur.  We thank you for your patience.

Schools

Campion Education is committed to assisting schools to provide educational services during this time. We understand that there may be changes to the way you usually deliver educational resources to your students, and we are here to help in any way you need, whether that be digital eBooks, print textbooks, interactive publisher support, MyConnect digital or another solution.
