Australian schools are at the leading edge when it comes to embracing the digital learning field. We’ve sought to meet the needs of our schools and have continually developed services to help them integrate digital resources.
We were excited to recently receive news that we are the leading distributor of digital textbooks for secondary students for the five major education publishers – both in Australia and globally!
“Being an Australian, family-owned business, this is really exciting news,” says James Cathro, Campion Education’s Managing Director.
“We’re proud of our capacity to work together with publishers, as it allows us to keep developing innovative and flexible ways of accessing digital resources.”
“In turn, the schools we work with can tailor their digital learning programs to suit their unique needs, without being tied in to just one platform,” he says.
Australian schools’ uptake of digital education comes on the back of student access to computers. The recent Australian Education Technology report by the Australian Trade and Investment Commission reveals that our schools have one computer for every student, compared to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development average of one for every five students.
“We will continue our innovation and development plans at full steam, to ensure we continue to make it easy for students and teaching staff to integrate digital resources into their learning programs,” says James.
