Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Campion Education, we aim to provide innovative educational resources, solutions and services which enable schools to focus on providing the best learning outcomes for their students.
We understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item and we want to make the process as simple as possible.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Physical Textbooks, CDs, DVDs, Book Packs
If you have changed your mind about a physical textbook, CD, DVD or Book Pack purchase, Campion Education is pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:
- You return the item within 14 days of purchase or before 15th February 2020, whichever is later
- You produce a satisfactory proof of purchase (your original receipt or online proof of purchase, such as a tax invoice)
- The item is in original condition, including any original packaging (including shrink-wrapping) and is unused and as sold
Unfortunately, unless Consumer Law applies, change of mind returns or exchanges are not available for digital/electronic and downloadable resources, even if the item has not been downloaded or activated.

FAULTY GOODS RETURNS
Exchanges and refunds will be made on any goods deemed faulty from the manufacturer. You must present your receipt for exchange, refund or for warranty.
Goods that are purchased solely, or in part with a Campion Education voucher may be exchanged or returned subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
Campion Education purchases can be returned to any Campion Education retail service centre across Australia. Find our store locations here.
You can also post your return to us, however please note that products must be in original condition to be considered for a refund or exchange, so please pack your items carefully. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage. Please include your original receipt and contact information. Returns can be posted to the following address in your state:
